Tamsin Fudge
Tamsin has over 15 years of experience in small and large charities and sporting bodies, with seven of those years as a senior leader.
Tamsin’s Masters in Social Anthropology underpins her fascination with people, structures and culture. She adds this to her extensive experience building and managing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams. Tamsin has succeeded in supporting charities across:

Ian Merrill
Ian has extensive experience of the charitable sector, gained in roles ranging from volunteer to CEO.
His significant operational background is in substance misuse services, criminal justice programmes, homelessness and mental health.
Ian has a track record in business development through competitive tendering, fundraising and corporate partnerships.
He has held senior roles at national charities, working at an executive level for 15 years, with half that time as a CEO.

Consultant and specialist risk advisor
Kathryn Jackson
Kathryn is a risk management specialist and has worked in the charity and non profit sector for over 20 years, including young people's services, criminal justice, substance misuse and youth membership organisations.
Her passion is to help charities use risk management strategies to make informed decisions, improve their performance, and successfully achieve their strategic ambitions.
As the Risk Manager at the British Heart Foundation, she leads the Enterprise Risk Management function with a particular focus on embedding a strong risk culture to support colleagues to identify both risk and opportunities.
Kathryn also co-chairs the Institute of Risk Management Charity Special Interest Group, where she helps to share and promote strong risk practices across the charity sector. Kathryn can support you to:
